Stephanie Rosol cares deeply about unleashing the feminine in leadership and supporting women and girls as they discover the great work of their lives. In addition to her work in organizational culture and development of effective teams, Stephanie is known for building capacity with non-profit leaders and boards. She applies her experience as a Senior Executive, Human Resource Professional and Non-profit board member to support a wide variety of clients around the world. She works with corporate leaders, senior partners, as well as Women at Sundance, TED Fellows, Starting Bloc, and The Unreasonable Institute. Clients value her ability to provide unique solutions that support lasting behavior change.
Stephanie is the president of Skye Coaching. She earned her credentials from the International Coaching Federation, the Institute for Generative Leadership, and Newfield Network. She holds specialized certifications from Gallup and the Human Resource Certification Institute. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Development and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership.
