Requires that before a cemetery authority can disinter or remove human remains, it must get approval from the district court in the county where the cemetery is located. Also requires cemetery owners to maintain their cemeteries in an orderly condition and directs county commissioners to ensure compliance. If necessary, county commissioners can order cemetery owners to take corrective action.
